Community Mental Health

ExpertCare partners with Community Mental Health Organizations throughout Michigan to provide non-medical staffing support. We provide community living support and respite services to adults and children with mental impairments and/or developmental disabilities. These clients are enrolled within the community mental health organizations and are referred to ExpertCare as a staffing provider for their family member or loved one. The community mental health agencies determine eligibility for services and ExpertCare identifies staff who can meet those individual needs.

ExpertCare utilizes their comprehensive screening process (learn more). Our mission is to identify caregivers that meet the diverse needs of the community mental health population. We encourage involvement from family members, support coordination and the client. Our process not only focuses on the basics of providing supportive care, but also screens for individual qualities in our staff that are consistent with reliability, dedication, commitment, trustworthiness and compassion.
