Sandra has been working with her consumer for 20 years!  She focuses on the goals in the Plan of Service, encouraging the consumer each step of the way.  Sandra finds creative ways to help her consumer further develop fine motor skills by folding towels a certain way.  Once the consumer has learned one way to fold towels, Sandra teaches her another way.  The consumer loves doing this and has a sense of accomplishment.  Sandra is passionate about success and works hard with the consumer on the goals in order for the consumer to feel successful. Sandra demonstrates a positive, “Can-Do” attitude in everything she does.

Desiree goes above and beyond for the consumers she works with.  She adjusts her work schedule in order to meet the needs of the consumers and works with the family’s schedule. Desiree has been there for her consumers during times of crises and has done whatever necessary to provide the support her consumers need.  Desiree follows the plan of service for each of her consumers and works to achieve the goals set in place.  She exhibits patience and encouragement with each consumer; always looking to make a positive impact.
