ExpertCare offers non-medical home care and facility staffing services. These services include: respite, community living services, discharge services, assistance with personal care, incontinence care, transferring, companionship, telephone reassurance, hospital sitting services, errands, light home making services, meal preparation, and clean up.

ExpertCare has qualified caregivers that have completed our extensive “10 step” screening and training process ready to work. Most services can be provided within a 48-hour period and often the same day.
How do I start services?
Call ExpertCare at (866) 812-8896. Our staff can learn about the type of services you need for yourself or a loved one. We will come to your home and conduct a free, no obligation, needs assessment to better understand your needs and desires. ExpertCare will then be able to better identify a caregiver who not only possess the skills but qualities and personality that will best assist you or your loved one. We encourage you to interview the suggested caregiver and if the caregiver is the right match, he/she can begin working with you right away.
What is the minimum amount of time service can be provided?
ExpertCare requires a 2-hour minimum per visit.
What if I need to reach someone after hours?
ExpertCare can be reached 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We provide you with an on-call number you can use to contact a Staffing Consultant in the evenings and in the event of an emergency.
