ExpertCare understands the value of training and development; placing great emphasis on facilitating training for our team of caregivers. Skill development and client specific training separate our training. Our commitment toward ongoing training of our caregivers reflects our mission to “Help Others Succeed.”
Skill Development Training
Skill development training is conducted to help maintain or further a caregiver’s skill in related areas. Some courses are required prior to providing services to a client and others are offered as a way to facilitate growth in the caregiver profession. ExpertCare’s team of caregivers are required to take the following training classes:

- First Aid
- HIPAA
- Blood Borne Pathogens
- Limited English Proficiency
- Cultural Diversity
- Recipient Rights/Client Rights
- Emergency Procedures
- Due Process
- Corporate Compliance
Client Specific Training
Client specific training is provided to caregivers starting a new case. It allows caregivers to review the details and expectations of each individual client.

Recipient Rights for Persons Served and Families
