Therapist of the Third Quarter: Cassandra Whiteaker
Cassie has been such a dedicated and valuable part of ExpertCare for the last 4.5 years. Our very first Therapist of the Quarter was an easy selection. Cassie goes above and beyond for her recipients as well as the Occupational Therapy Assistants she supervises. The time and effort she puts into teaching and educating is a demonstration of her love for OT. Her knowledge and experience make her an excellent mentor and therapist. We could not be prouder to have Cassie out in the field representing ExpertCare in such a positive light. Thank you for your professionalism, leadership, and caring nature!

Caregiver of the month of June: Larry Redmond
Larry has been a valuable asset to ExpertCare for the past 5.5 years. Throughout his time with the company, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional qualities that make him a great caregiver. One of Larry’s notable strengths is his ability to motivate and encourage the individuals he works with to pursue and achieve their goals, ultimately helping them lead more independent lives. Another commendable attribute of Larry is his remarkable patience when working with his recipients. He understands that everyone has their own unique challenges and needs, and he approaches his role with empathy and understanding. Larry’s patience fosters an environment of trust, making it easier for his recipients to open up and work toward their goals. One of the recipients he works with shared that Larry is always flexible with his schedule to accommodate his needs and said he appreciates how patient he is when coaching him.
