Caregiver of the month of January: Maria Badenhoop
Maria has been a caregiver with ExpertCare for the past six months. She’s being nominated by ExpertCare staff for showing great qualities such as integrity, accountability and empathy. She has never been afraid to ask questions or ask for help if she was unsure of something. One of the families Maria provides care for let us know how happy they are with the service she provides. They stated she is very reliable and compassionate. She has helped her consumer become more confident and over come her stage fright at choir practice due Maria being by her side. ExpertCare truly appreciates everything she does and is very proud to have her represent ExpertCare in the field. Thank you for your hard work and dedication in changing the lives of others.

Josie has been providing care for families for less than 2 months but has already made a lasting impression. ExpertCare recruiters have referred to her as “Rockstar” staff, who is continuously going above and beyond. In the few months she has been working with us, her consumers have already made great strides towards reaching their goals, she’s handled challenging situations professionally, and is always reliable and consistent. Josie has also expressed gratitude to internal staff for being able to work for a company that provided training that’s helped her grow as a person. Fatou is new to ExpertCare but has already made a lasting impression with the families she provides care for and with ExpertCare staff. She has been recognized by staff due to the way she cares, engages and supports the individuals she works with. Fatou has been put in challenging situations but that has not deterred her from giving her best. She has been working with consumer who typically is very shy, but in a matter of weeks working together, family noted they’re significantly more open.
