COUNTY FISCAL YEAR END IS 9/30/2023

ExpertCare must receive all unpaid visits with dates worked through 9/30/2023 by Monday, October 2, 2023 at 8AM.  If we do not receive your completed visits by this time, it cannot be processed as we have very tight deadlines due to county year end.

WE MUST RECEIVE ALL VISITS BY MONDAY 10/2/23!

Affordable Connectivity Program | Federal Communications Commission (fcc.gov)

This resource could help households that qualify to receive up to a $30.00 discount each month toward internet services.

Who Is Eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program?

A household is eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program if the household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, or if a member of the household meets at least one of the criteria below:

• Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year;
• Meets the eligibility criteria for a participating provider’s existing low-income internet program;
• Participates in one of these assistance programs:
  • Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program, including at U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Community Eligibility Provision schools.
  • SNAP
  • Medicaid
    • Your Medicaid eligibility may be up for renewal. Learn more about how to renew.
  • Federal Housing Assistance, including:
    • Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program (Section 8 Vouchers)
    • Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA)/Section 202/ Section 811
    • Public Housing
    • Affordable Housing Programs for American Indians, Alaska Natives or Native Hawaiians
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • WIC
  • Veterans Pension or Survivor Benefits
  • or Lifeline;
• Participates in one of these assistance programs and lives on Qualifying Tribal lands:
  • Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
  • Tribal TANF
  • Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
  • Tribal Head Start (income based)

Therapist of the Third Quarter: Cassandra Whiteaker

Cassie has been such a dedicated and valuable part of ExpertCare for the last 4.5 years. Our very first Therapist of the Quarter was an easy selection. Cassie goes above and beyond for her recipients as well as the Occupational Therapy Assistants she supervises. The time and effort she puts into teaching and educating is a demonstration of her love for OT. Her knowledge and experience make her an excellent mentor and therapist. We could not be prouder to have Cassie out in the field representing ExpertCare in such a positive light. Thank you for your professionalism, leadership, and caring nature!
