Caregiver of the month of May: Juanita Reszkowski
Juanita has been a dedicated and valuable team member of ExpertCare for the past 2 years. Her nomination is a testament to her hard work and the positive impact she has made on the people she works with. It’s particularly inspiring to hear that Juanita’s kindness and reliability have been recognized, as well as her flexibility with scheduling. The parent of the recipient Juanita works with commented that she is not only dedicated to her job, but also deeply committed to providing the best possible care for her son. They went on to say that Juanita is attentive to their sons needs and is always looking for ways to engage and challenge him. This shows that she is not only meeting his basic needs, but also striving to help him grow and develop. It’s especially heartwarming to learn that Juanita has helped her recipient achieve his goals, including the ability to pick up a spoon. It sounds like Juanita is not only a skilled and competent worker, but also a compassionate and empathetic person. Her dedication, professionalism, and caring nature are truly admirable. ExpertCare truly appreciates everything she does and is very proud to have her represent ExpertCare in the field. Thank you for your hard work and dedication in changing the lives of others.

Caregiver of the month of April: Valerie Trombley
Valerie has been working with ExpertCare for a few months. Within this short period of time, she has already left a lasting impression. She is being recognized for being a flexible and reliable staff. She has gone above and beyond to provide great care for her recipients. Valerie swiftly completed the hiring process and started working with recipients has quickly as possible. She’s been changing the lives of multiple recipients in a short period of time. All the recipients she works with have expressed how much they love having her as staff. We are happy to have her on our team and can’t wait to see her blossom more in her career. Caregiver of the month of March: Dwanna Joseph
Dwanna has been working with ExpertCare for just shy of six months and has already left a lasting impression. She is being recognized for always demonstrating compassion and for being flexible and reliable staff. Dwanna completed the training process in a timely manner and hit the ground running. She quickly created a strong bond with the recipient she started with and has done an excellent job providing him with great care. The family recognized the progress their son has made with Dwanna’s help, so they started having her provide care for their daughter too. She’s been assisting him with living independently and is on the track to transition him to living 100 percent independently soon. ExpertCare truly appreciates everything Dwanna does and is very proud to have her represent ExpertCare in the field. Thank you for your hard work and dedication in changing the lives of others.
