Recently, during a quality check with the parent, it became abundantly clear just how much Cynthia’s presence means to the family. The parent expressed heartfelt appreciation for the strong bond Cynthia has cultivated with her son, highlighting Cynthia’s outstanding performance in her role. Upon receiving feedback about her exemplary service, Cynthia responded with humility and gratitude. Therapist of the 2nd Quarter: Diana Ziolkowski

We are pleased to introduce Diana Ziolkowski as ExpertCare’s Therapist of the Quarter. Diana started with us back in June of 2014 as a COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant).  She received her masters in occupational therapy from Muskingum University in 2022. Diana now supervises two COTAs, has a full caseload of her own, and is always flexible with scheduling. She is willing to complete evaluations when needed and is the true definition of a team player. We’re lucky to have you as part of ExpertCare for almost 10 years, Diana! Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to helping people succeed!
